These cost effective summer programs supplement regular classwork by offering activities that help students develop leadership and business critical thinking skills through hands-on activities, mentoring and shadowing opportunities.

STEM Innovations initiatives impacted 4,681 students in fifth through twelfth grades from 215 schools across southeastern PA? Our team also held 18 Career Exploration events at 22 employer sites for Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT/Communication, Energy and Agriculture. The Chester County Economic Development Center (CCEDC) is excited to announce – STEM Innovation website. This website will allow you to locate important and new information about our unique career exploration programs, events, competitions and much more!

So who are we?

The CCEDC partners with area K-12 schools, community colleges, universities, and companies to deliver employer-led student outreach that grows the ‘pipeline’ of talent and helps keep graduates employed in our region.

Through CCEDC’s various initiatives, students and educators engage in career awareness and exploration activities. This programming meets the new Future Ready PA Index requirements by connecting participants to real-world career experiences.
